As an associate of the German and International Dispute Resolution Teams, I advise international and German clients in all stages of the dispute resolution process, in particular in the areas of defense and security as well as energy and utilities.

I deal with various questions that are related to litigation before a state court or an arbitral tribunal. In terms of substantive law, the main focus of my work is on aspects relating to contract and commercial law as well as franchise law.

Thereby, I use my experience to support our clients in avoiding and minimizing the risk of disputes. However, according to my philosophy, client work starts long before a litigation begins with the clarification of the facts and the elaboration of a litigation strategy specifically tailored to the client's needs, which is done in close consultation with the client.

Due to a keen understanding of the technical and commercial specifics of even the most complex mandates, I offer advice that goes beyond simple legal consulting.

I studied law in Düsseldorf. During my studies, I specialized in the field of private international law.
