I am an associate in the Corporate and Commercial group in Singapore. I advise and work on a broad range of corporate matters involving mergers and acquisitions, equity capital markets, corporate restructuring and corporate advisory work.

My practice focuses on local and cross-border corporate transactions, advisory work and facilitating fund-raising exercises for both private and listed companies. Our diverse clientele ranges from dynamic start-ups to established corporations. I have had the privilege of advising companies in sectors such as healthcare, energy, banking and finance, technology and communications and landscaping and construction.

In the area of corporate and commercial law, I strive to stay ahead of the curve, offering clarity on laws and regulations amidst the ever-evolving legal landscape in Singapore. Whether it is adapting to new regulations or anticipating industry shifts, I am ready to guide our clients through these complexities.

Prior to joining Bird & Bird, I gained valuable experience at a multinational payment services corporation. This exposure provided me with firsthand insight into the complex regulatory and business environment in which global corporations are managed and cross-border commercial transactions are conducted. Understanding this, I strive to provide clients with prompt and pragmatic legal advice that is aligned with their business goals.

• Assisted The Carlye Group backed international digital marketing agency, Incubeta Holdings, on its acquisition of Persuasion Technologies, a Google Cloud Platform-certified firm in the APAC region.
• Assisted Korea Investment Partners (KIP) on its strategic investment in LiveIn a Malaysia-based property rental startup in its pre-Series B fundraising.
• Assisted as Singapore counsel to companies in the energy, fintech and landscaping sectors in their proposed initial public offering of their shares on the Nasdaq Capital Market.
• Assisted SGX listed companies in their rights issue, renewal of share purchase mandate and proposed grant of award under the company's performance share plan.
• Assisted in the due diligence on a Singapore subsidiary of a foreign listed company in relation to a takeover bid.
