About Me
I'm an associate in our Corporate and Commercial teams based in Prague. I specialise in corporate law and corporate governance matters, M&A transactions, and corporate compliance projects.
As part of my work, I regularly advise clients on corporate governance and corporate changes, including group restructuring, and corporate and commercial/contractual matters arising from mergers and acquisitions. My experience further includes advising clients on real estate maters and representing clients in insolvency proceedings.Before joining Bird & Bird in 2021, I gained my experience in international and local law firms and also as an independent attorney.
In addition to my native Czech, I also provide legal support in English.
