Klaudia Convertini

I am a Junior Associate on the Privacy and Data Protection team in Warsaw.

I have been supporting clients since 2022, preparing and updating comprehensive documentation in accordance with the GDPR regulations, including data protection and data retention policies, information clauses, personal data processing authorisations and consents, confidentiality obligations, registers of processing activities (RCPs) and data protection impact assessments (DPIAs). I also prepare specialised documentation related to whistleblower protection, employee remote working, employee sobriety testing, and employee monitoring in accordance with GDPR.

I participate in coordinating data protection incident management processes, GDPR implementation projects, and due diligence for personal data processing.

I also draft and edit contracts, including data processing entrustment agreements, personal data co-management agreements and standard contractual clauses (SCCs). I have experience in intellectual property law, unfair competition and new technology law cases. Academically, I am currently engaged in research on gaming law.

Before joining Bird & Bird, I gained professional experience on the data protection and intellectual property teams at renowned Polish law firms.
