Lachlan Holmes

I am an associate in our Corporate group in Sydney, working with Shane Barber on both domestic and cross-border M&A transactions.

I primarily assist on M&A transactions and provide advice on capital markets regulation and general corporate law advice.

I have experience working on all stages of a M&A transaction, from due diligence to preparing transaction documents, and competition management. I have also assisted in advising clients on various commercial and regulatory matters, including negotiating and drafting a range of agreements, and advising on licensing and regulatory compliance.

Prior to joining the Corporate group, I worked in Dispute Resolution. I continue to apply the litigation knowledge and skills I developed to corporate agreements.

Before joining Bird & Bird, I worked in the legal technology team of a large Australian law firm, where I was involved in assisting on dispute resolution and regulatory investigations.
