As an associate in our Corporate / M&A team in Düsseldorf, I assist and advise our national and international clients on all transaction-related matters as well as matters of corporate law.

I advise as a member of our corporate / M&A team on national and international M&A transactions as well as on general corporate law matters. Through my practice-oriented advice and tailor-made solutions, I help to minimize legal risks and to meet the individual needs of our clients.

After studying law at the University of Münster and passing the first state law examination, I obtained an LL.M. from Stellenbosch University in South Africa. The international perspective I have gained as a result enables me to provide our clients with comprehensive advice on cross-border legal matters. During my legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Düsseldorf, I was able to gain valuable experience as part of the corporate and M&A team in Düsseldorf. I completed my elective placement (Wahlstation) in an international company, where I was provided with valuable insights into global business processes and international legal advice.

After being admitted to the German bar in 2023, I initially worked as an associate in the corporate law/M&A department of an international law firm in Düsseldorf.
