Laura Tougaard

I am a lawyer in our corporate team in Copenhagen primarily working on M&A transactions.

I advise both Danish and international clients, consisting of private equity funds, and industrial clients on the acquisition, sale, and investment in companies. I assist clients in M&A transactions such as structured auctions, private equity investments as well as other types of transfers of businesses. My counselling includes due diligence investigations, project management and leadership, drafting transaction documents, and negotiating transfer and investment agreements.

Additionally, I provide broad advice on corporate law matters, including management and ownership structures, capital increases, restructurings, and general corporate governance.
