Leonie Bleilevens

As an associate in our International HR Services team in Düsseldorf, I advise our domestic and foreign clients in all areas of individual and collective employment law as well as social security law.

I advise clients on individual employment law issues that may arise, for example, in the drafting of employment contracts, dismissals or in the context of employee leasing. My areas of specialisation also include collective employment law matters, such as co-determination in companies and the implementation of collective agreements and works agreements. My practice also includes court representation in the area of individual and collective employment law.

A focus of my practice lies on advice within the field of company pension schemes.

We aim to offer our clients target-driven and practical support. Thanks to our full-service strategy, we can also provide our clients with comprehensive support on legal issues aside from employment law and offer them holistic solutions to complex issues.

I completed my legal training at the regional court in Mönchengladbach. During this time, I was able to gain further experience by working at the Ministry of Economics in Düsseldorf and at Bird & Bird in Düsseldorf and London. Before joining Bird & Bird, I worked as a research assistant in a medium-sized corporate law firm.
