As a lawyer admitted to the German Bar and an associate in our Public Commercial Law Practice Group, I advise companies and the public sector on public commercial and procurement law, EU state aid law and law on public grants.

My advice includes the planning and drafting of tenders as well as procedural advice and representation before courts specializing in public procurement law and administrative courts. My expertise covers all phases of national and Europe-wide procurement procedures as well as issues relating to EU state aid, funding and subsidy law.
