About Me

I am an associate in our International HR Services Group, based in London. I advise on a broad range of employment matters.

I advise on all aspects of employment law, both domestically and internationally. This includes supporting clients with day-to-day queries relating to both HR and ER (for example, updating policies or handbooks and reviewing internal communications), working on Employment Tribunal or High Court cases, and negotiating settlement and service agreements on behalf of clients. I also have experience in coordinating and overseeing large multi-jurisdictional projects, both in relation to the due diligence and implementation phases; in addition, I have worked closely with clients on a number of industrial relations matters.

For me, the most enjoyable aspect of employment law is its people perspective, as well as the fact that it is a constantly evolving but evergreen area of law, in particular with regard to the impact of technology. There is a need for pragmatic and commercially driven responses in the sphere of employment law, which I like working through and delivering to clients.

Before joining Bird & Bird, I trained and qualified at a leading City firm.
