Loriane Schorderet

As a member of the Intellectual Property team, I assist our French and international clients with both litigation and non-contentious matters in all areas of intellectual property.

I joined Bird & Bird in January 2024 after various professional experiences in different organisations, including two years as an in-house counsel.

These experiences enabled me to develop a practical approach and a comprehensive vision of intellectual property.

Today, I work on both non-contentious and contentious matters brought before French and European courts, on all aspects of intellectual property. I also assist Bird & Bird's foreign offices with the protection of intellectual property matters in France.
