About Me
I lead our Global Legal Project Delivery team, specialising in legal project management and process optimisation. We work closely with colleagues and clients to design streamlined processes and ensure efficient and practical delivery.
Having started my career in legal operations back in 2008, my experience spans private practice and in house roles. My focus has always been on making legal processes more efficient, keeping things under control, and improving communication.I'm a full member of the Association for Project Management (APM) and hold a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification. Over the years, I've gained diverse experience supporting the delivery of matters and process improvement projects across different industries and locations. I've also had the opportunity to work directly with clients during secondments in the financial, commercial and regulatory sectors.
