As an Associate in our Intellectual Property Practice Group in Hamburg, I advise our national and international clients on intellectual property matters, with a particular focus on infringement proceedings related to technical intellectual property rights.

I advise clients in cross-border litigation, especially in the Life Sciences and Healthcare sector, as well as in the field of mechanics and also in relates legal areas, including regulatory aspects related to pharmaceuticals and medical devices. My practice focuses on patent litigation before the civil courts but I also participate in proceedings before the European Patent Office and the Federal Patent Court.

Moreover, I have substantial experience in coordinating and advising on global litigation projects, which includes the drafting of complex contracts related to intellectual property rights.
