As an associate and member of our International HR Services Group, I advise on a broad range of employment matters for both national and international companies.

I provide advice to and litigate for national and international companies on a wide variety of employment law matters. This includes dismissals (both individual and collective), terms of employment, employee participation (incl. works council issues), dismissal of managing directors and other top management, transfer of undertaking, and employment law aspects of M&A-deals.

I am a member of the Young Employment Lawyers Association (Vereniging Jonge Arbeidsrecht Advocaten) and Employment Law Association (Vereniging voor Arbeidsrecht).
