I am an associate in the HR Services team in Milan, assisting on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, particularly in the field of social security and health and safety in the workplace.

I provide assistance to companies in labor litigation relating to dismissals procedures, services and consultancy agreements, accidents at works and social security matters.

In addition, my practice covers advising on a wide range of issues relating to the establishment, performance and termination of employment relationships as well as in the fields of tax and social security.

During M&A transactions and re-organisations, I cooperate in the due diligence exercise, both in the employment and health and safety fields in which I gained significant experience.
