I am a junior associate in our Danish corporate team where I specialize in advising public authorities as well as Danish and international clients both within professional and private matters on all aspects of real estate.

I mainly work with the purchase and sale of commercial and residential property as well as commercial and residential tenancy law. Thus, my advice includes assistance in due diligence processes, drafting of purchase and lease agreements, as well as preparation of other commercial contracts and legal assessments of real estate-related issues in this connection.

Furthermore, I have experience with legal advice within construction law, having assisted in several arbitration and litigation cases.

Dealing with real estate transactions in combination with commercial law, residential tenancy law and construction law has given me an in-depth knowledge of issues related to real estate from acquisition, project development, operation, disposal and the potential subsequent legal proceedings before the court or arbitration court, which provides me with a broad and useful experience in my counselling.
