Marie Weihberg

As a lawyer at our Munich office, I advise national and international clients in the area of intellectual property law, in particular trademark, competition and design law as well as copyright and internet law.

My expertise includes representing clients in contentious matters - both in and out of court - as well as providing strategic advice with a particular focus on the efficient and comprehensive protection of intellectual property. I also conduct availability searches in the run-up to trademark applications and represent clients in application, opposition and cancellation proceedings.

After studying law at the Ludwig Maximilian University in Munich and completing my legal clerkship, I worked for several years as a lawyer in a medium-sized law firm with a broad range of legal expertise before joining Bird & Bird. I can therefore also provide advice and assistance in matters of general civil and public law.
