I am a senior associate in our international Corporate Group in London, specialising in cross-border private M&A transactions, joint ventures and corporate reorganisations.

Having worked in London and Johannesburg, I have represented major domestic and international corporate enterprises across Europe, the US and Africa in high-profile M&A transactions. These transactions cover a variety of sectors including, healthcare and life sciences, technology, media and entertainment and telecommunications.
