Nada Fujáková

I am a senior associate in our Slovak office, where I am head of our litigation team. I advise and represent our local and international clients in national litigation before state courts and in arbitration proceedings.

I represent and advise clients in litigation in the pharmacy sector and technology industry disputes regarding patents, intellectual property and insolvencies of contracting partners and suppliers. My work not only includes litigation but also starts in the run-up to potential legal disputes to avoid them as early and efficiently as possible.

Prior to joining Bird & Bird, I was engaged in litigation and at a highly specialised law firm, where I worked on a substantial IP and media rights matter before the courts. I have been involved in a broad range of intellectual property disputes. In the law firm, I advised and represented domestic and foreign clients in the publishing and technology sectors on a variety of contentious and non-contentious IP matters. I have been involved in complex litigation involving trademark infringement, use of copyrighted materials and intermediary liability.
