I am a senior associate and Co-Head of Banking & Finance practice group at the Bird & Bird's Prague office.

In my practice I provide support to clients in full range of legal services related to financial and banking matters, including financial services regulation, cross-border financing transactions, insolvency and insurance law.

My experience includes supporting clients active on financial markets, such as financial and banking institutions, financial service providers and insurance companies on issues related to financial regulatory matters, financial products distribution and schemes related to payment services.
I also offer considerable expertise advising local and international clients on transactional financing matters, on both on the borrowers and well as lenders side, reorganisations, restructurings and insolvency cases.

My expertise further includes representing clients before the Czech National Bank in licensing and sanctioning proceedings and in bankruptcy litigations.
