Nick Kosloff

I am an incentives lawyer based in London where I advise clients, ranging from start-ups to multinationals, on their executive remuneration and all-employee incentive structures, including the design, implementation and operation of share-based and cash-based plans, their global implementation, related trust and tax work, and support on large cross-border transactions.

I have a strength in cross-border incentives structures due to my multilingual background and international education and so I enjoy advising our clients on their global equity incentives. However, I also relish the buzz of fast-paced transactional work and I find it hugely satisfying to know that I have helped find (often last-minute) pragmatic solutions for our clients.

I have a background in transactional work and particularly focus on tax-favoured enterprise management incentive (EMI) option plans.

I qualified as a solicitor in August 2023, having trained at another major international law firm working in employee incentives and benefits, corporate M&A, intellectual property and litigation. I wrote my LL.M. thesis on the interrelationship of blockchain smart contracts and GDPR at the University of Vienna.
