I am an associate in the International Commercial Group, based in our Dubai office. I advise both local and international clients on a range of commercial issues, with a particular focus in the technology and communications sector.
I advise on a wide range of commercial contracts both for suppliers and customers. These include services agreements, SaaS, software licenses, telecom agreements, dark fibre and outsourcing projects.Having worked on a range of projects, I have gained experience in providing tailored and practical advice to clients recognising both the specific commercial issues and the wider challenges of a deal.
My experience working in-house and on secondment has deepened my understanding of the need for strategic advice as I can appreciate clients' commercial priorities in the wider context of their business.
