About Me
I am a Counsel in the Finance & Financial Regulation team in Warsaw.
I have been advising clients since 2001 and specialise in banking and finance, as well as corporate and civil law. I have many years of experience with respect to rendering legal services for credit processes institutions and borrowers gained from working in reputable law firms.I have advised both domestic and foreign banks as lenders, as well as other business entities as borrowers both on debt financing, refinancing and restructuring deals, chiefly in respect of real property, corporate acquisition and renewable energy projects transactions.
Additionally, I have been advising Polish and foreign banks on debt enforcement, including cases where enforcement of monies due to banks concurs with court and administrative enforcement procedures launched against bank clients.
I regularly deliver trainings on collateral security and title and mortgage registry issues.
