I am an associate in our International HR Services Group, based in London, advising on contentious and non-contentious employment matters for clients across a wide range of sectors.
I provide comprehensive advice across the full spectrum of employment law matters, both domestically and internationally. My work involves advising on day-to-day HR and employee relations issues, including updating policies and reviewing handbooks, in addition to drafting and negotiating settlement agreements and service agreements. I also have extensive experience coordinating multi-jurisdictional projects and advising clients on Employment Tribunal claims.
I particularly enjoy the dynamic nature of employment law and its people-centred focus. This area of law constantly evolves, driven by changes in legislation, case law, and society. I find it fulfilling to help clients navigate these changes, ensuring their organisations remain compliant while fostering positive workplace cultures. The human aspect of employment law – dealing with real-life challenges that affect employees and employers alike – makes my work meaningful and engaging.
I trained at Bird & Bird before qualifying as a solicitor in the International HR Services Group in August 2024. During my training, I gained valuable experience across several departments and undertook a client secondment, which further deepened my understanding of clients' needs.
