About Me

I am an associate in the real estate team. I advise on the acquisition, disposal and development of land for hotel, office, residential, logistics and industrial use. I specialise in the energy sector with a focus on nuclear power.

I handle the sale and purchase of nuclear licensed sites for development, generation and decommissioning. The U.K. has an evolving nuclear regulatory landscape on which I advise generators and investors at home and in the Far East.

My second main field of experience is the hotel sector. I have acted on single asset and portfolio acquisition, disposal, financing, JV structuring and management agreement negotiation for domestic hotels and hotels in several overseas jurisdictions.

On the residential side, I have handled the promotion for planning, development and financing of several student accommodation and other residential-led schemes.

Over the last eight years, I have delivered advice on contentious matters to hundreds of clients out of hours at the Waterloo Legal Advice Service. I am adept at listening to clients, breaking down concepts and forming a strategy so that clients and I navigate unfamiliar legal problems together.
