About Me
I am an associate in the Bird & Bird's Corporate/Private Equity department in the Madrid office.
My practice is currently focused on advising national and international clients in all types of M&A transactions, participating on due diligence procedures, corporate restructuring, investments and divestments, in different sectors and industries.Before joining Bird & Bird, I worked in an international law firm, where I started my professional career, and in a national law firm.
During my experience I have had the opportunity to participate in important national and international transactions.
I am fluent in English and French, in addition to my native Spanish.
