I focus on advising pools of banks in both in-court and out-of-court restructuring proceedings.

I often act for creditors representatives in connection with the issuer's insolvency proceedings.

My practice also includes assisting investors through distressed companies' asset deals and insolvency-related litigation.

I am a member of the AJR (Association des Jeunes professionnels du Restructuring).
