Rebecca Eade

I am a Corporate associate based in Bird & Bird's Dubai office.

My experience includes advising on a broad range of corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate restructuring and corporate advisory work. I also assist clients with general commercial, regulatory and employment matters. My work spans a number of Bird & Bird's key sectors, including Technology & Communications and Aviation. Much of my work is cross-border in nature, utilising the firm's international network and involving collaboration with overseas colleagues. I am committed to providing commercially astute advice to our clients and continuing to develop my legal expertise.

Prior to joining Bird & Bird in May 2024, I trained at an international law firm in the UK and qualified into their corporate team, where I worked on a broad range of corporate matters. I had a particular focus on corporate real estate and energy transactions. I made the move across to the United Arab Emirates and in particular Bird & Bird to gain a broader international experience and to work across a broad range of sectors.

I am admitted as a Solicitor in England and Wales.
