I am an associate in our Corporate team and will be joining the Riyadh office.

My experience extends to advising clients across various areas, such as corporate and commercial law, corporate due diligence, corporate governance, assisting with the establishment of companies and on employment matters. I have always been committed to delivering tailored legal solutions that effectively address our clients' needs.

In my role at Bird & Bird, I am dedicated to maintaining my approachability and responsiveness, striving to meet and exceed client expectations by providing a range of solutions to their concerns. I am particularly focused on building strong and effective relationships with clients. Key sectors I have worked in include healthcare, technology, and cybersecurity. I also spend my time volunteering with various non-profit organisations, NGOs, providing pro bono legal advice.

• Prior to joining Bird & Bird, I worked as a legal adviser and governance officer at American Express Saudi Arabia. In this role, I provided legal and governance advice to business departments, management, the board of directors, and shareholders. I have drafted, reviewed, and negotiated a various number of contracts and policies, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
