I am an associate in the Intellectual Property Group based in London. I have experience in a range of intellectual property matters, with a particular focus on large-scale telecoms patent litigation.
During my career, I have been fortunate enough to work with a wide range of clients across a range of intellectual property matters. I have a keen interest in innovative technologies (especially in the electronics and communications sectors), and particular experience in patent litigation, including large-scale patent and FRAND disputes.
My background is in mathematics and technology; prior to converting to a career as a solicitor, I completed a Masters degree in Mathematics and then spent several years working in the legal tech and SaaS space. Drawing on this, I bring an analytical, problem-solving approach to my practice, as well as an understanding of the software industry and an ability to distill down complicated technological concepts.
I also have experience in technology transfer, having worked within the Patent & Licence Management team at Imperial Innovations, the (then) technology transfer team at Imperial College London. This role exposed me to the commercial side of IP and patent licensing, experience which I find useful when working on patent and FRAND-related matters.
