Selina Schneider

As an associate at our Düsseldorf office and a member of the IP practice group, I advise national and international clients on intellectual property matters. My main focus is on patent litigation.

I advise our clients primarily in patent infringement proceedings in the fields of pharmaceuticals, medical technology, software and mechanics. This includes preliminary injunction proceedings as well as main proceedings in national and cross-border cases. In this context, I regularly work together with patent attorneys.

After studying law at the University of Cologne, where I specialized in criminal law, I worked in a Cologne law firm in the field of litigation. During my legal clerkship in Cologne, I gained further knowledge in the field of litigation. I also completed a stage in Brussels in antitrust law and EU state aid law.
