Shae-Yenne Eu

I am an Associate in our Corporate & Commercial Group in Singapore. My main areas of practice include Mergers & Acquisitions and Equity Capital Markets.

I have worked on a wide range of local and cross-border corporate matters for private and listed companies in respect of their commercial transactions and fund-raising exercises. My work involves assisting clients on matters such as initial public offerings, corporate actions for listed companies, and mergers and acquisitions. I work with clients from diverse sectors such as financial services, IT, life sciences and healthcare, food and beverage, technology and communications, and the oil and gas industry.

I graduated with an LLB (Hons) from the National University of Singapore in 2022 and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in 2023.

• Assisted a company in the food and beverage sector on the proposed initial public offering of its shares on the Catalist board of the Singapore Exchange
• Assisted a Singapore-headquartered private equity firm in the £20 million Series B fundraising round of a British biotechnology company
• Assisted a private equity firm in its S$15 million acquisition of a majority stake in a Singapore- and Malaysia-based food manufacturer
• Assisted a SGX listed company in its renewal of share purchase mandate and adoption of employee hare plans
