About Me

I am an English-qualified corporate transactional lawyer, based in our London office, supporting Japanese clients across a broad range of industries such as the financial services and real estate sectors.

I advise on in-bound acquisitions, joint ventures and internal restructurings in Europe. I also work with Japanese clients in relation to their day-to-day legal matters (such as regulatory matters and employment disputes).

I started my career in Tokyo in 2008 as a Japanese-qualified bengoshi lawyer and worked on a wide range of work such as in-bound real estate acquisitions, corporate restructurings, structured finance, and renewable energy projects.

Since relocating to London in 2016, I have been working as a corporate transactional lawyer by combining my knowledge about real estate, finance and culture from my professional experiences in Japan with English legal systems.
