Sofie Kaae Antonisen

As an associate in our international Tech & Comms team in Copenhagen, I advise clients on it-contracts, technology, and digitalisation.

I advise Danish and international clients on a wide range of regulatory and commercial matters. My experience includes a wide range of IT contracts, including software licensing, larger implementation and development projects, and tech transactions.

I have previous experience from our public procurement team with large and complex IT contracts, and I have assisted our clients with the completion of procurement processes, including contract drafting and preparation of the tender material, negotiations, contract management, and dispute resolution.

Further, I advise tenderers as to their participation in the tendering process relating to the submission of tenders, the negotiation process and the complaints procedure, if relevant.

I am proactive and have a positive, constructive, and open dialogue with our clients. I believe that the most valuable assistance we may provide to our clients is when we give honest and realistic advice.
