About Me
As an associate in our Hamburg office, I advise clients in the field of Intellectual Property, particularly on trade marks and related rights.
My practice focuses on brand management and representation of our clients in registration, opposition and cancellation proceedings before the German and European offices and courts. Besides, I provide support in the enforcement of trademark claims. For example, I represent our clients in infringement proceedings before the ordinary courts, including both preliminary injunction proceedings and proceedings on the merits of the case, or conduct settlement negotiations with third parties.
