Working as a senior associate in our Dispute Resolution Group in Milan, I assist our domestic and international clients in Italian and cross-border commercial litigation procedures.

I specialise in the most innovative sectors, working in the dispute resolution department I have developed significant expertise in assisting clients in civil and commercial litigation before the Court and sometimes with the specific purpose not to enter into litigation.

In particular, I am very active in arbitration, both ad-hoc and institutional, as well as in ADR proceedings. I am a civil and commercial mediator according to Ministrial Decree no. 180/2010 and Legislative Decree no. 20/2010.

I use a pragmatic and analytical approach to handle complex cases and obtain tangible results in Court, this is also down to efficient communication with the client.

I aim to find the best solution for the case with the client, also thinking of the best strategy in Court. I always consider all the pros and cons relating to the litigation, which is often time-consuminig and exhausting for the client, even if it is winning, hence sometimes it's not always the best solution for the dispute.

Before joining Bird & Bird in 2008, I worked at a leading Italian law firm for 13 years where I gained extensive expertise in handling civil and commercial litigation, arbitration and bankruptcy law.

Italian is my mother tongue and I am fluent in English.
