Stephen Allen

I am an associate in our Dispute Resolution group in London, advising and acting for clients on contentious issues and commercial disputes across a range of the firm's sector groups, including Technology & Communications, Retail & Consumer, and Media, Entertainment and Sports.

I have experience of a broad range of contentious matters, including disputes relating to commercial contracts and matters involving allegations of fraud, misrepresentation, and unlawful means conspiracy. I also have experience of assisting clients with a wide range of interim relief applications, including freezing injunctions and asset disclosure orders (such as Norwich Pharmacal Orders).

The cases I work on often involve cross-jurisdictional elements, which allows me to work collaboratively with our teams across Europe, the Middle East and Asia-Pacific.
