Thomas Trupiano

I am an associate in our Dispute Resolution team in France and I advise clients at both the pre-litigation and litigation stages.

I handle civil and commercial disputes (anti-competitive practices, breach of agreements, contractual and tort liability, breakdown of established contractual relationships).

I also advise clients on corporate disputes (dismissal of managers, conflicts between shareholders, enforcement of shareholders' agreements, validity of company resolutions) and post-acquisition disputes.

Before joining Bird & Bird in 2024, I worked in several international and French law firms in dispute resolution teams.
