About Me
As a lawyer in our Düsseldorf office specialising in international employment law, I advise domestic and foreign companies of all sizes in all areas of individual and collective employment law.
I support our clients in all aspects of employment law. The focus of my work is on advising companies of all sizes.In addition to advising on various individual law matters, such as the individual drafting of employment contracts, ongoing personnel work or termination law issues, my work also includes advising on collective aspects of employment law. In this respect, one focus of my work is advising on company restructuring measures and co-determination. My work also includes court representation in the area of individual and collective employment law.
I completed my studies in Münster with a focus on legal structuring and dispute resolution. During and after my studies, I was able to gain experience as a research assistant in the area of insolvency and restructuring.
Before working as a lawyer, I completed my legal clerkship in Mönchengladbach and during this time I was able to gain experience in the areas of employment law and litigation/dispute resolution in two major international law firms. During my administrative traineeship, I worked at the Ministry of the Interior of North Rhine-Westphalia in Düsseldorf.
