I have around 10 years of experience advising national and international clients from various sectors. Prior to joining Bird & Bird I worked at another international law firm in the Dispute Resolutions and Insolvency/Restructuring practice.

I have been involved in numerous court proceedings and international arbitrations of which I would highlight, mainly, those related to real estate law (e.g. in construction defect claims), competition law (e.g. in unfair competition infringement claims) and commercial matters (e.g. in directors' liability claims, claims arising from breach of contract and claims related to distribution contracts).

I also have considerable experience in insolvency and restructuring matters and have been involved in numerous due diligences (in particular in the acquisition of NPLs and REOs).

I consider myself a lawyer interested in the business of the clients I advise and with a strong interest in developing my career in an international context.

I am a member of the Spanish and Ibero-American Arbitration Club (CEIA) and the Spanish Business Litigation Club (CEL).
