I'm an associate in our Corporate practice in Stockholm, where I advise our clients on both domestic and cross-border transactions, public and private M&A transactions and other corporate law matters.

As a member of the Corporate group at Bird & Bird, I am advising on legal matters in the realm of business law. I advise within a wide range of corporate activities, ranging from corporate transactions to corporate governance matters and FDI.

I joined Bird & Bird as a Thesis Trainee before becoming an associate. At Bird & Bird we have the opportunity to work with international clients together with international colleagues, which is both challenging and fun.
