Vruksha Patel

I am a newly qualified associate in our Dispute Resolution group in London, advising and acting for clients on contentious issues and commercial disputes across a range of the firm's sector groups. I have experience in the Defence, Energy and Hotels, Hospitality & Leisure sectors, as well as an interest in Aviation & Aerospace work.

My day-to-day work includes advising clients in relation to potential claims and working on existing claims, particularly during the early stages of proceedings. My litigation experience both at and before joining Bird & Bird includes financial services regulatory investigations and public inquiries, as well as general commercial disputes.

I have also undertaken a secondment at an international Financial Services and Investment Bank during my time at Bird & Bird, spending time in their Commodities & Global Markets team.
