I am an associate in Bird & Bird ATMD's Corporate & Commercial Group, based in Singapore. My key areas of practice include equity capital markets and mergers and acquisitions.

I am experienced in equity capital markets and mergers and acquisitions and have been involved in various corporate and commercial matters with clients ranging from home grown SMEs to listed MNCs.

I have been involved in and have provided advice on various corporate and commercial matters, including initial public offerings, reverse takeovers, various corporate actions for listed companies and the drafting and review of transactional documents. I am experienced in conducting both full-scale IPO due diligence and limited scope due diligence for mergers and acquisitions transactions.

I completed my training contract with the firm.

• Assisted JLL with drafting of transactional documents in its collaboration with Lendlease on proptech accelerator Propell Asia.
• Assisted Clearbridge Health with legal due diligence in connection with its proposed initial pubic offering of 88 million shares at 28 cents each on the Catalist board of the Singapore Exchange.
• Assisted Eyeota Holdings Pte Ltd on an issue of Series B shares to new and existing investors.
• Assisting as Singapore counsel to a company in the water treatment sector on the proposed initial public offering of its shares on the Catalist board of the Singapore Exchange.
• Assisting as Singapore counsel to a company in the food and beverage sector on the proposed intial public offering of its shares on the Mainboard of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong.
