Working from our offices in Dubai and Casablanca, I advise Moroccan, French and international companies on their development operations in French-speaking Africa as well as on their day-to-day corporate operations.

I mainly advise companies on complex mergers and acquisitions and joint venture agreements. I have had the opportunity to assist my clients in a wide range of sectors including banking, insurance, industry, renewable energies, distribution, education and agribusiness.

Before joining our firm in 2020, I worked in the Middle East North Africa team of another British law firm between Paris, Casablanca and Dubai. I have an in-depth knowledge of the Moroccan market having worked in Casablanca for several years.
