Stage of Implementation 

The draft bill is under the accelerated procedure of adoption since March 2023. The draft bill was adopted after modification by the lower chamber of the French Parliament on 8 March 2023. As for now, the text is under the review of the higher chamber of the French Parliament. There remains no date for the adoption of the act implementing the directive.
