Stage of Implementation 

A Swedish Government Official Report (Sw. SOU) has been published in relation to the legislative changes to be made and sent for referral to various consultation bodies. The responses from the consultation bodies have been received and we are now awaiting the government’s bill regarding the implementation of the Directive.
