Act No. 299/2019 on supervision and assistance in cases of unjustified geographic discrimination of customers in the internal market and on the amendment of Act No. 128/2002 Coll. on state control of the internal market in consumer protection matters and on amending and supplementing certain acts.

MS must designate one or more bodies for its adequate and effective enforcement. This can include courts or administrative authorities (recital 35 GBR).
The Slovak TradeCommercial Inspection as the body (in addition to civil courts) which oversees consumer protection in general.
MS must lay down rules setting out the measures applicable to infringements. These measures must be effective, proportionate and dissuasive.
Administrative fine from €100 up to €66.400 (or up to €50.000 for repeated violation in one year).
MS must designate one or more bodies responsible for providing practical assistance to consumers in the case of a dispute between a consumer and a trader arising from the application of the GBR
