Stage of legislative progress

Based on the available preliminary information No. PI/2020/266 a new Act on media services shall adopted in Slovakia in order to implement the AVMS Directive No. 2018/1808. The Act should be adopted in 2021, however, no draft of the act is formally available for the public yet.
