Adopted
While the first part of the legislation transposing the Omnibus Directive (Decree-Law 109-G/2021 of 10 December) entered into force on 28 May 2022, the second part of the legislation (Law 10/2023 of 3 March) which transposes the remaining provisions of the Omnibus Directive entered into force on 2 April 2023.
