In addition to acting as a legal adviser to our clients, I have hands-on experience establishing a growing company and running a business. In 2017 I founded a legal tech start-up. While working there, I oversaw all legal matters of the company, including commercial contracts, finance, corporate matters, and compliance. I'm happy to assist start-ups with their legal needs from formation and financing rounds to commercial matters with this experience.
